 If for reasons of a defect in product purchased, we offer a 7 day money back policy. To file for an exchange or claim a refund, please email order@antenna-factory.com and provide a detailed description of the problem.

We request you to test the item throughly before deciding to return it. In case you should eventually decide to return, please ensure to consider the following guidelines:

• Customer pays return shipment cost.
• Refunds are issued devoid of shipping charges, market fees (ex. ebay fees) and transaction costs (ex. Paypal fees), to the extent applicable.
• Refunds are issued after returned item is confirmed received.
