We select our shippers in favor to you of best price and fastest possible delivery. Our regular shippers are as follows:

North America

• USPS and UPS in USA
• UPS Canada Standard for Canada. Please always provide us a phone number for Canadian delivery addresses, as this is needed for customs clearing

Europe

• Deutsche Packet Dienst (DPD) in Germany, Belgium-Netherlands-Luxemburg, Austria, Switzerland
• Deutsche Post (DP) and DHL to France, Italy and Spain
• Royal Mail First Class
• Poste Italiane

Oceana / Pacific

• New Zealand Post to Australia & NZ

Asia / Far-East

• TNT for routes between China, Taiwan and S.Korea

If you would like to use your own shipping account with a preferred shipper, please feel free to indicate so in your order, so that we apply that when we process your order.

Tracking Numbers

We ship with tracking numbers 99% of the times to any location world-wide.  A very few shipments have to be shipped without tracking because it is either too expensive or the postal service in that part of the world does not offer online tracking.
